A 12-Week Leadership, Mentorship, and Career Development Program

Program Overview

Mac’s Mission is a structured 12-week program designed to develop disciplined, service-driven individuals through mentorship, real-world skill building, and community engagement.

Built on the legacy of Dennis “Mac” McCoy, this program challenges participants to grow mentally, physically, and professionally while learning the value of accountability, teamwork, and service.

This is not a passive program. It is a commitment to becoming better.

Youth and young adults seeking direction and structure

Program Structure (12 Weeks)
Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1–3)
Focus: Discipline, Mindset, Accountability

Personal responsibility and goal setting
Time management and daily structure
Building mental toughness and resilience
Introduction to mentorship and team expectations


Phase 2: Exposure (Weeks 4–6)
Focus: Career Awareness & Life Pathways

Introduction to IT and technology careers
Understanding public service and government pathways
Guest speakers and real-world insights
Identifying personal strengths and interests

Phase 3: Development (Weeks 7–9)
Focus: Skill Building


Basic IT and digital literacy training
Communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Hands-on exercises and group challenges

Phase 4: Application (Weeks 10–12)
Focus: Action & Impact


Community service project (team-based)
Leadership in action
Presentation and reflection
Graduation and recognition
